A nice neighborhood. Might be we move in later Big Grin

Did you see 408 Elm St at the intersection with Tremont St in Mauston? That is a classic beauty placed on a little hill and it is for sale!
Thanks Reinhard, I will have to check it out next time I go that way. I finished the fencing in the front, now some smaller details.

Andy,

Great progress as usual!! I have to say I have been attempting to use your style of building and although I am not nearly as quick as you the progress has been steady. It is nice to see something finished before jumping into the next project and ending up with the mess of incomplete projects. I have been negotiating with the "better half" to move the first 4' module into the guest room upon completion. She does not want some unfinished project cluttering up the room and it gives me motivation to get the module done.

Keep us posted as always and I am looking forward to the next phase!
Greg, thanks for the nice comments. The only draw back to doing it this way is to run trains I have to keep switching the engine to the front and back. I am hoping sometime next year I will be able to make a full run around. This next section of layout will contain a bluff with a road on top and a bridge, also a saw mill and pulp wood loading facility. All taking place in Lyndon Station, Wisconsin
