How about this for an ideal lineside industry to suit a narrow site. Made gummed tape - in a building built as a snuff mill.
Received paper and coal by Baltiore & Ohio.

This might help - photobucket is having problems with their new format.
With a little zoom or an old-fashioned magnifying glass, you can make out the dimensions printed on the drawing.
