My hands and glasses are covered in Pan Pastels weathering chalk. Been applying the chalks to the walls of the Ashmore Hotel.

Had a rough Christmas Eve. My hip gave me some very extreme pain bordering on 10 out 10. It has calmed down some. I have no idea what triggered this bout.
