Hi all. just finished the yearly shanking of my paints and found I still have several 10cent bottle's of pacta and some 17cent bottles of testors and 22 bottles of floquil that buts me in the old molders bracket. Other than that things are going on as usual.
stay safe Jim
I got nothing done today. Too wet to cut grass and no one else was around to help keep my wife company.
Jim, I too have some old testors and Floquil that is still good. I needed some red, black and white for some locomotives and I had Rustoleum so I thinned it and airbrushed it. It worked fine. I have some newer colors from Tru-color. Rustoleum now owns Testors.

Hello Blue
Mostly cloudy. 52 degrees.
Had some rain this week. didn't do much, had an eye doc appointment and with oldest sons help, got the grass cut.

I have lots of old paints, too, unless my wife has thrown them out.
I even have a bit left in the large bottle of Floquil Dio-Sol. Does anyone know a modern replacement for it?

Esquesing & Chinguacousy Radial Railway In model railroading, there are between six and two hundred ways of performing a given task.
Most modellers can get two of them to work.
Cool but clear this morning at 39 degrees. Supposed to get to the low 70s for the next several days with no significant chances for rain.
Soccer yesterday was still cool but at least I didn't have to wear a stocking cap and winter coat. I did take the moped out for a little ride yesterday afternoon. The neighbor spent about an hour yesterday afternoon running the world's most annoying vacuum while cleaning her car. Must have been really messy if it took an hour just to vacuum. Not much planned for today other than an F1 race this afternoon. I may go for a bike ride when it's over.
Gas is down to $2.84
All stay safe.

Sunny this morning (and for the next several days) and 56 degrees. The NWS has allotted an additional 17 degrees to us for the day.
Very entertaining F1 race yesterday. I also got in a long bike ride (just short of 14 miles). My body is saying this morning that we will be cutting that back just a little today. The other day I spilled a small amount of orange juice on my desk. I thought the keyboard was ok until I tried to use the enter key on the numeric keypad. I had to pop the cap off and clean the area with q-tips and a cotton ball. All is good again.
Gas is down to $2.79.
All stay safe.

My 2012 Jeep Patriot (135,000 mi.) continues to cost me money
Having the throttle position sensor replaced and the oil changed today.
Hopefully that's the last in a long series of issues.

It is a very cool 60 degrees in East Palestine and gas was 2.98.
I took my wife for a CT scan this morning, it was in a new location bout 7 miles away, and we got in at our appointed time. She is doing very well but she is not where she wants to be which is walking the dogs 2 miles a day. It really depresses her. We try to keep her in a good state of mind but it is hard. I am not where I want to be health wise yet and it is aggravating.
Today was our primary so while we were out we voted. 3 tax issues and one judge to choose. We were there at 11AM and the voter count was over 200 which is a great turn out for a primary with no one running.
