I ran my cc cleaner and advast then did a reg edit and I seem to have gotton rid of about 99% of it.

Good, I would still try to run Malwarebytes. I usually do it the same time as I do ccleaner. Unlike a A/V, it doesn't run in the background. I also run a full scan with Avast once a week. What's really amazing is that all of them are free. Yeah, they all have a paid version but the free ones are good enough for a single computer.
