I'm not sure. Back in @ 1968 I was involved in leadership of a children's craft club at my local church, and one of the items we did was casting plastic figurines and jewelry out of a clear two part plastic. It might have been envirotex. It seems to me that we had some translucent dyes that we could add to the material in the mixing process. I think brownish amber might tone down the blue quite a bit.
