Is that dome car one if the EX-UP cars. The staircase up to the dome is very similar to the ones that I have seen on the old UP cars. Were the handrails lit on the stairs? that's a dead give away.
The Delaware and Lackawanna has picked up it's train that was dropped of by NS at Slateford junction, near Portland PA and will be heading west on the Pocono main. Six unit, all Alco lash ups like this are a common sight here.
