It's got me to thinking that I bought a 2-pack of these at a train show many moons ago .....no chains , maybe that's why it seemed like a "good deal " 
Neither kit has the chain right now . ..........just noticed they were repackaged , 2 for $8.95 in Sept 2003 ....guess it's been hanging on the wall a while !
