Wow, I never heard that song. I would think though if you paved over paradise, it would still be paradise, just nowhere near as pretty. And that's something to think about, how do I make that huge black area into something attractive, yet functional???? Maybe the town council could set aside some space for a park. The only commitment they have now is for the train station.
