OK. I did try the water trick but that didn't work. I want to try to cause as little damage as possible. I will give that a try with cutting it out now. All this to get the frame and motor in. Next step after getting all this done is to remove the lettering and number, then apply the decals for the C&I ( Cambria & Indiana Railroad ) and put it into service under the tree lol.
