I applied the decals today.
The main decals are NAR locomotive decals by Highball Graphics. They are the only ones that still produce any Northern Alberta Railway decalsfor the grey, yellow and blue paint scheme. They weren't cheap and it took two sets to do the pair. This was my first time working with highball decals and they took more time to release from the backing than I'm used to I ended up soaking them in water until they were ready to slide off.
The numbers are from a BC Rail locomotive decal set from Microscale. Turns out they match the blue of the NAR set fairly well.
It took this afternoon to letter everything and then sprat a matt varnish to seal them. I'm almost to the reassembly stage. I just have a few more details to add.
