Interesting selection. It seems that most choose Hinton, but Handley looks like a more manageable place to model. C&O Power is an outstanding book...probably my second favorite book specific to a particular standard gauge railroad.
ICC Valuation maps are a classic source for historic track plans. I don't know who would have the C&O's maps, other than the National Archives. Being a Colorado NG fan, I'll get mine from the Colorado Railroad Museum (once I reach that point).
