I usually find rum to be the best accompaniment to modeling, but I also feel that a wine & train suarez is tough to beat. My wife laughs that my modeling frequently resembles the add on the back of the Gazette a couple months ago...tools and a car on a self healing mat...with pictures of trains beyond it and a glass of Cabernet on the side.
Frank, proper training my friend! I never exceed my allotted budget, I never push it when chasing trains, and I picked out our furniture & china...she's pretty laid back and supportive!
