Unless the forum is set up for hard core operators (like the Yahoo Op-Sig group) a broad interest forum gets really challenged to maintain interest. Not a criticism, just an observation. I really like operations type discussions, but find them few and far between on most fourms, even those with dedicated sections on operations.
