It was the beginning of the end, for me, with MR.
I was looking at the current Gazette and scratching my head over the feature layout. It is On30 with flex track (so no track work points). The locomotives/rolling stock is all straight-from-the box, no details changed except decals slapped on the tenders. The scenery is not particularly good (nor complete). The trackplan isn't particularly good. Even his trestles (especially the one on the cover) feature corner-cutting construction. My only guess as to why it was published is that the builder has the initials "MMR" after his name...and On30 is in vogue.
Maybe I should submit some construction articles.
