Kevin:
Gus: The problem was that the old layout is in a 2.5 car garage that is still used as a garage. There was just no way to keep the critters out. They came through all the openings around the garage doors. Plus, in the spring and summer, with the garage doors open, the dirt dobbers and wasps just seemed to stream in by the hundreds looking for places to "dob some dirt." After spending hours every week sweeping the cobwebs, scraping the dobber nests, chasing the wasps with a tennis racket, vacuuming the dust, scrubbing corroded track, and sweating because of no climate control, I abandoned the layout.
