When the surveyors have put away their pencils, and the grading crews have finished installing the foam, and the steel gangs finally put that last piece of mainline flex track in place, it's time for a golden spike ceremony. After that, load up all the attending dignitaries into your road's business car for a ceremonial trip around the room. There should be cocktails in the lounge car for the investors, too.
