I have a tank car that is almost finished. Reporting marks are APC, and it's #17. It carries oil to line the insides of tank cars during the winter, when the layout is set 
. Coal hoppers would be sprayed with oil on the inside to help prevent problems with frozen coal during the unloading process. They need to be re-filled eventually

Still working on a herald, so you'll have to give me a bit on that one. Probably going to be a mountain with an apple at the top and say Apple Peak on it. I'll post it up soon enough.
