Now I don't know why it doesn't think you're not logged in, but I can tell you how to prevent losing your work. I've had occasional problems where I might not be able to post, so what I'll do is to hit the "back" button until my work appears, then I'll copy the text and save it somewhere like in a text file or even in an email temporarily until I can post it. That way, if I have to even reboot my computer, I've saved my work.

You can also try to hit the "back" button until you have your composition, then open Big Blue in another tab and try to log in if your not already. if the problem is that it says that you need to log in and you're not, then that's something else that needs to be looked at.
