To make sure everyone understands, I am getting logged out multiple times as I sit at the computer viewing the forum. Every 3 or 4 page changes, every couple of minutes, I get logged out and have to log back in. It gets quite annoying. Also, I am the only one using this computer. It is set to log in automatically to the forum.

Now, I have gone for months and months without any issues, but every now and then, the issue arises. I am on satelite service, so maybe they are doing something?

Your ISP should not be able to reset your cookies. You may have something that is automatically doing that, maybe some sort of plug-in????? I don't know what browser you're using, but I'm using Firefox 4.0, but you should be able to check your cooking in any browser. Try this, when you log in, go find your cookies, mine are under, "tools/options/privacy" and click on "show cookies". There should be an entry "the-gauge,net" and several sub-entries under that. I haven't a clue as to what they all mean, but they are there and each one has an expiration date of at least two months away. When you get locked out and have to re-log in, go look at those cookies again and see if they're still there or if they show an expired date.
