I use a link that takes me right to the "new posts" list, bypassing all that too. It's not the main Zealot page, but one we asked Pete to put in for us and one we had to find again to get CG to add. You are right though, I really don't think they cared too much about the Gauge name or logo, just that they have the rights and they'd scream "lawyer" if tried to use either.

BTW, just in case anyone is interested, Sanjay lists himself as "entrepreneur" on their web site.

And also, I'm moving this thread to the mod zone, mainly because on Wed, it will be out in the open for all to see and I don't think we want to air our laundry out like that.
