Two additional books-
West Jersey Rails II - covers Southern New Jersey on topics, almost to much to list. That leaves me lacking only the first book!
Outbound Trains: In the Era Before the Mergers- This book follows Jim Boyd's journey across the country in the late 50s and 60s, prior to super mergers such as the Penn Central. Very interesting pictures and stories.
