Keep up the good work. I had my right knee replaced on July 17th. This was my second go round...having had my left knee done in 2005.
All is working well, still need to build up some strength for stairs...although being in Florida I don't worry about that too much. But walking, sitting,
sleeping, driving a car......all is back to normal. I got my knee back to 116* as that is what it was before the surgery.
So keep working.....it is a pain.....I can attest to that. But I also know, I do not have all the pain and limitations I had prior to the surgery.
