Well....I followed your instructions (several times) and....No Change. 
It still prompts me to log-in everywhere I go....
Worse still...In Facebook, after logging in, about half-way through the messages, it interrupted me saying I was not logged in, and to please do so...
Seems to me like my computer is not being "seen" by these sites....
So....what next..?
