OFF TOPIC - PC HELP NEEDED

Don, Ralph, Charlie, David....(Did I miss anyone..??)...

I believe the problem is with IE....I turned to my trusty Mozilla and it behaves itself. I think I'll remove IE for the time being, and re-install at a later date (maybe....).
