The flags were a new idea, starting with THIS Loco!!!
My layout is set around 1977, so a bit of a Bicentennial Theme was in order!!
I didn't want to COPY the ÜberlitigiousPayouts Flags ('cause I didn't want to be SUED by the ÜP!!!), but did want a waving flag!!!
