I leafed over it. It was an East Broad Top meets the Rio Grande Southern layout. My wife was on me about the time, so I didn't have a chance to see if it was just a RGS layout with EBT & RGS equipment, or an Telluride-Orbisonia-Ophir-Mt. Union deal.
The current Model Railroad Planning (or maybe Great Model RRs?) has an 1882 On3 South Park Layout. It had a few novel concepts.
I haven't read MR regularly for a few years, but the NG&SLG is a gift on my Christmas list every year that I never receive. I'm just as (or more) excited about back issues than the current issue when it comes to model rr magazines.
