The two shanties with the yellow railings are slated for Erie Northshore crossings and are both located between tracks. Parent road EG&E (it's their paint scheme used on the shanties) specified the handrails to prevent the flagmen from exiting the shanty directly onto the tracks. Northshore employees found the yellow paint "somewhere" Wink and added it as their own stamp of individuality.
