Looks to be a convenient tool, especially for those in multiple scales. With me being only in HO scale, I've just been doing the conversions with a calculator.
Full size dimension divided by 87 equals model dimension.
Model dimension times 87 equals full size dimension.
Edit: Everyone understands that there may be some unit conversion, right? For example, an HO scale structure that measures 4 inches long on a 1:1 ruler converted to the prototype size would be 4 inches x 87 = 348 inches, to convert to feet, divide by 12, equals 29 feet.
