The 2012 Pennine MRS show in Huddersfield, West Yorkshire, UK was held over the weekend of 21st and 22nd January. There was a fair selection of layouts in N, HO, OO9, OO, On30 and 1:50 scales.

1:50 scale

California Levels, David Atkinson. The unusual choice of scale gives an 18 inch gauge railway using 9mm gauge with a mixture of modified, kit and scratch built models using HOe and N scale chassis. Based on the lead mining area around Middleton in Teesdale though the railway itself is fictional.
