Hazmat derailment near Philadelphia

I saw a note somewhere that that chemical has a one-mile evacuation zone.

Just as I was reading this.... It was on the news "Crawl" that the evacuees are spending their second night in hotels outside the evacuation zone.. I do think it's a mile, not positive though.
