New video shows Baltimore area rail crash

After seeing the view from google earth, it appears this road leads to the trucking company land. It is the only place on the side of the tracks he was coming from. the road comes to parallel with the tracks and makes a 90 degree turn to cross. It would not surprise me if he was trying to beat the train. He will never admit that but the video is very telling.

Which leads to the question that the investigaters will most likely ask:

How many times has he "beat" the train.. instead of waiting for them to pass..
