Well Doc, the ARHS publication of Flags, Diamonds and Statues did a large in-depth article (about 25 pages) on the Lackawanna's concrete towers. It's still available as a back issue. The article was by Bob Bahrs and appeared is issue Volume 21 number 2. It's a well written article filled with lots of drawings and pictures on the subject,,,, And of course my favorite F-3's on the cover.
