A rare bird running lead dog on that consist, Charlie.  SDP45 - all of those came from the Erie Lackawanna.  The telltale extra tail end on the long hood is an easy spotting feature.  I don't know if anyone ever bothered to model those in HO, but it would be an interesting project...

Yep!  They are out there.  There are some nice Athearn Genesis units for a decent price up on ebay right now.  It's tempting...
