So first we cut the rail on the previously video installed Rail aligners then we set the second Mainline rail in place to install the Protrack Rail Aligners. Really nice Products and I'm very happy with them all around.

It is time to lay the track on this center module, but first we need to get this roadbed down.

Hello zzrguy,

Just wanted to say thanks! for sharing your progress.
While I am not a free-mo modeler, I have always been intrigued and your segments seem to address a lot of my questions.
Please keep them coming!

So, I'm finishing this up this track work finally. Glueing down the track and putting in the power drops.
I hope that crossover flattens out!!!!!!

This is how I assembled and installed these Caboose Industry's 220s Power Routing Grown Throws for the 2 siding switches. We will cover the wiring in a upcoming video. Let me know if you have any questions and how you like this video.

This is my first attempt at installing Tortoise switch machines and using them to power the frog. Let's see if I succeed on the first try or end up damaging four switch machines.

Let’s move on to wiring the buses. The auxiliary bus will provide power to the lights and switches, while the main bus will take care of powering all the tracks.

So here we go and build and wire in these signals to work with the tortoise switches. This is another first for me I've never wired a signal before.
I understand stand this is the most rudimentary way to use, run, and wire them but I think it adds to the look and function of this Double Crossover..
