Careful of the papers; they usually want pictures of people, not of things. Figure out something interesting you can do that shows the modelling.

It's always funny how you feel alienated when reading a paper about something you did or saw in real!
Good luck!

T That is just one hell of a team effort, and everyone on the team deserves credit, but that's the way newspaper writers and TV news editors are. They like to pick out the highlights and nothing else....
Maybe, just maybe when you guys do the Polo Grounds........

Fantastic job! The whole team can take a bow.
You guys also did a nice job on the Grimsby CNR station, although I didn't make the connection until I read your latest post.

I'm am so disapointed, No flush toilets....geeze.
But I can smell the peanuts and Cracker Jacks....This is just fabulous, beyond anything I have seen including a lot of museum work. Your team takes a lot of pride in their work.
Please let us enjoy more of the future projects, and I am sure there we be many more.

I had no idea that you guys were also responsible for a major portion of the work on Rod Stewart's layout.
I remember reading that some professional model builders were involved, but I never thought that I would have a cyber connection to one.
There is that six degrees of separation thing again.
With regard to the model, you guys must have the patience of a saint, but I think that maybe tested when installing seats for the proposed polo stadium.

To be honest , I'm going to say that our work with Mr.Stewart was more of the minor variety .....he came to us well after his layout was pretty much together ...we added some neat details though .
The 31,000 seats were supplied by the customer who , I believe ,contracted to an unknown company from an unknown country ( hows that for diplomacy ) ....they were inconsistant in quality ( warpage ) and took about twice as long to install as I had thought . We plan to go in a different direction with the seats on Polo Grounds . In fact , we have learned many hard lessons that we hope to correct next time around .
The infield is about half done , the three remaining field light towers are built , the roadway beside the park ( you can see the road frame in the newspaper picture to the left of the park ) is well under way .....and a few other odds and ends . As word has spread , we get a lot of visitors .....it's nice to get the attention , but it slows down work . But I'm not complaining , it's been quite a ride so far .
