Mahanoy and surrounding area day trip

Is access to this place protected in any way shape or form? Did you guys have permission to wander at will? It just seems too well preserved to not be. Seems like vandals and crooks would have destroyed and cleaned the place out by now.
I've tried finding this tunnel on maps and can't seem to locate it. Any pointers?

The county lists the breaker as an attraction, It's enter at your own risk.

more pics of the breaker.

Inside the breaker there were miles of conveyors and shoots like this one.

Taking pics was difficult, there were lots of dark shadows and tuns of light pouring through the windows, but most came out OK. This one gives you an idea of the inner workings of the breaker.

The breaker had It's own scale house behind those doors, and a comfy lazy boy
