The Big Blue anniversary party thread

There was some celebration over in the Village of Santa Maria when the Big Blue and Gauge RR came into town. Below are a few pictures shot by the locals.
One loco and a boxcar were put on display near the depot.
   
   

A few people took shots of the small consist entering and leaving town.

Which brings up the question:
E-paw..... I don't quite remember seeing that flatcar when i visited Lester's layout... i guess he had it hidden in a tunnel on a siding somewhere.... Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm Goldth Goldth Goldth Goldth

I posted this in the photo fun thread a few weeks ago, but forgot to post it here. Here is an old life-like gondola that I painted to commemorate the 10th anniversary of the original gauge forum. The car number signifies the founding year. I have another gon that I am thinking of doing for "big blue" with the number 2009.
