A word of thanks to some manufacturers' tech support
#1
I'm sure everyone has, from time to time, had problems with the products they've purchased. Today, I got two Athearn Nscale FP45's (Tsunami Soundtraxx sound) and had problems programming one of them. So like anyone else, after reading the directions and trying about a hundred times Wallbang , I called the tech support line of every manufacturer involved. Within an hour, I received calls from Athearn, Soundtraxx, and Digitrax - all offering advice that ended up not only teaching me something about how DCC works, but ultimately solving the problem.

Thumbsup So here's a public "thanks" to the tech guys that came to the rescue and solved my problem. Cheers

Thanks for posting this. So often we get fluffed off, and it it's nice to hear some good news about customer service, and great that the problem was resolved for you.
