Well that's good to know! The rest of us thought we saw the piano player stop playing and all the patrons jump behind the bar!
Yeah, my fault - I obviously came across too strongly. Mike and I sorted it out by personal message almost immediately after I posted my comments. But I should have posted something about that, instead of letting other people sit around and worry that I had scared Mike off.

Hey, we got this thread into a second page and no one has even said "Why, back in my day, we didn't even have cell phones."

I still don't
I still use a rotary dial from time to time. The sound quality can't be beat!

MMMM well she may have been highly edumucated but she certainly wasnt Well Educated in the social graces.
'Well I am a LADY' by the Little Britain guys seems so appropriate here.
With regard to the Human Population figure, I was reading a small article in the paper this week and around the 31st of October the SEVEN BILLIONTH baby will be born unto this world, most probably somewhere in Asia, my guess is China.
Well I would rather China than an Indian telemarketer, thank you very much.
Okay so that last comment was probably very wrong in Political Correctness terms, but I really hate those phone calls especially when they lie to me and say they are calling from Sydney and the accent is not even remotely Aussie.
I know its my problem and maybe I will deal with it and then again maybe I wont. Depends if I get round 2 it on my Round 2 It file.

Ask'em how the weather is in Sydney next time - then wait for the pause while the quick look it up!
Do they do the same for you as they do for US callers: "Hi, this is Bob, how may I help?" when you know darn well their name is NOT something simple like Bob, Joe, or Sam.

Hey Guys,
Sorry that I didn't get back right away. Stein and I cleared the air. No harm, no foul. We email back and forth every once in a while. He's actually a great guy, especially since he didn't try to talk me into eating lutefisk. It was just a little misunderstanding. Stein is an asset to the hobby and these forums.
