The New Layout
For the record Pete, O stands for Obese! And it doesn't matter if it's narrow gauge or not. There is no such thing as slim gauge in the Obese gauge! Icon_lol

And the main line is completed Cheers ! Ran the first train all the way around tonight without a derailment! Was nice to just sit back and watch. I will try to upload some pictures & video later this week.

Congrats on completing the track laying. Are you going to paint the track now or after the scenery is done?

Here a tree, there a tree, everywhere a tree....
Time to start do some scenery, I cleaned the workbench and layout room. So I decided to make a mess again.

The Beginning
[Image: IMG_20121203_212443%5B1%5D.jpg]
I add a row of clump foliage to the horizon, this helps give some depth. It also saves on creating a lot of trees

But you still have to make some trees, only took about an hour. Tomorrow night I should be able to start planting. Once that is done, I can start making all the foreground trees.

Put a little video together, kind of recaps the thread with a little mainline action.
