I've posted a note for Don and Mikey as I think it takes an administrator to solve the mystery of the missing "New Topic" button.

Check it out now. I think it just got set up without enabling member's permissions...

You know there's a bunch of boxes to fill in and buttons to check when a new forum is set up..

.. when I set up the Tools forum... I forgot a fill-in box :oops: :oops: :oops: :oops:
