Greetings, gang.
Foggy and 32 with some freezing drizzle/mist. Blizzard warning for tonight and tomorrow with 8" of snow and 45 mph winds.
Gym yesterday morning and laundry yesterday afternoon. Nothing planned for today other than watch the storm and keep the sidewalk clean. I'll have to keep an eye on it because when the snow first starts it will be close to freezing and the snow will be wet and heavy. As the temp drops that will freeze and make it very difficult to remove. After the temperature drops the snow won't be a problem.
The city is removing the dam in the river. Built in the early 1900s to generate electricity but shut down in 1970. Went down Thursday afternoon and happened to get there just as the dam was breached. It will be interesting to see how the river changes without the dam.
