From what they're saying, somehow, they can "add" a couple of digits to that and come up with "2017 or 2018".... Now, they did say "add" and then showed "subtract",
and followed with, "it hasn't happened yet, but could". Typical supposition, You're right, probably the same folks that started the Y2K craze....
