I hope he understands that we're talking prime town-owned real estate here. That, plus we have a really tough zoning commission. We could, uh, try, ahem, to bring them some, uh, "paperwork", (wink-wink), in a brown paper bag, that might help move things along. I'd be, uh, more than, uh, happy to act as, ahem, mediator for Cookie and, as we say here, be, uh, "the bearer of gifts".... oops, I mean, "documents"
