A long time ago steel mills needed taconite to make iron. The Wilderson division is using a borrowed B&LE locomotive to help with the heavy weight.

Robert Wanner is one of my favourite rail photograhers and he often posts his photo collection from the time he spent in Northern Ontario while he served with the US Air Force in the mid 50's.Here's an example taken in Nakina Ontario in 1955:
