Hi Doc---since returning from the Lowbanks shops,3239 has been more than earning her keep on the Leetown Division. Here she is on the lead of a double-header with a sister Mike,#3254

Hello again---the 50's was a great time for railfanning, lots of steam and the beginning of the diesel era.Leetown was ideally located close to both major diesel manufacturing plants in Canada so most of the newest internal combustion locomotives passed through here on a regular basis.Local rail-fans had the best of both worlds.

Speaking of a Mike I'd like to do in S scale some day. Still sitting under cover at Rio Vista California. Not likely it'll ever steam again but it's not scrapped either.
