I would have made out better (I think) if they were added, but at least it is equally fair (or unfair) for everyone.

Remember, no matter how it is scored, I am going to make it difficult for someone to finish below me! Watch out, Jesso - your last place position is in jeopardy!
That's what he's saying... they do add them in Smile Smile
Well, I don't mind, I do this for the same reason I have a model train; to have fun! Ever since coaching peewee baseball, my idea of competition has changed from "having to win" to "hey, we played and we improved." But hey, if all my guys are in the forty's again, my place at the bottom is secured and you have no chance to lose to me! Icon_lol
Better watch it!
Historically, I usually win the last place.
I just like the idea that I now have 7 guys I can blame.

Tony.
Shouldn't be able to place too much blame with me this week, Tony.

If my guys finish like they qualified, I am a shoo-in for last place!

Just hope my guys can stay out of everyone else's way!
Well that sucked 35 Icon_lol
My wife's driver won 2 in a row Eek

Doesn't help me much though... Wallbang
Well, I did better, but think I am still mired in last points wise. I am starting to really believe that Tony hired Ryan just because he made him look thinner.
If my math is correct, I got beat by Tony and he only had three cars in the race Wallbang
There is, I think, a basic flaw in the system. With eight teams and six drivers per team, a total of 48 drivers, it is possible with only 43 drivers in a race to have a team that has less than four drivers qualified for the race. Theoretically, seven teams could tie up 42 drivers (regular drivers plus substitutes) and the eighth team could only have one qualified driver. I know that when the draw was first held, I only had three drivers in the Daytona race and had to scramble and trade for an available driver to have four in the race.
It might be better to only have five drivers on a team roster. That way the most we could have tied up would be 40 drivers, leaveing at least three for additional swaps. The other option would be to only have six teams (have to have an even number of teams) teams in the league, but I would much rather have the additional teams with less drivers per team.
Just some thoughts if they ask for any feedback on how the league is being conducted.

In my other NASCAR fantasy league, I am 74th out of 124th.

I can't blame the draft, because we can pick any 6 drivers we wish, as long as we don't exceed a pre-set dollar limit. The prices are based on points earned last year.

So, with all those choices, sure looked like I guessed wrong again (as usual).

The luck of the draft in this league may help me - at least I can blame bad luck in the draft as a reason for losing!

Seriously, I do agree with Dwight's comments on the number of drivers per team. So, just in case they should ever ask for an opinion, that makes a total of 2 votes.
Well, at least Jr. did bet.....BOOM!

Anybody hear that noise? Sounded like an engine blowing up.
