We're staying in the dark again!! But' we're a'comin' HOME to Lowes Motor Spedway, deep in the heart of Race fans everywhere!!! Located in the home state of most every racer and every racing team!.... North Carolina - The Old North State" or "The Tar Heel State"

The race: a NON-Points Race! The NASCAR Sprint Showdown and All-Star Races --- The "Fun" starts at 7:00 PM EDT!!! And it's Fun because there are no points - it's ALL for the fans and the money!!!!

Next week (Memorial Day Already!!! ) we get back to points racing!!

Well, now, with Race 13, we not only move Northward, we're 1/2 way to the Chase....

We bring everything we need for a short track up to Dover, the Capitol of "The First State" Delaware, also what I consider to be: "my" home track and where Martin Truex Jr. recorded his only Sprint Cup win!! We're back to "Sunday racin' and this is the last time this season we'll hear the Fox team (my favorite) and DW say Boogity Boogity Boogity.....

Next week, in my home state of PA we go to Pocono for a long track race. and the TV coverage moves to TNT...

We're heading farther North, into PA - The Keystone State, named for being the keystone in the federal union. Later - The Standard railroad Of the World ( Pennsylvania Railroad) adopted the Keystone Logo and placed PRR int he logo. We head to the Pocono Raceway for The Pocono 500 a Tri-Oval race.

Next week, We head amoungst teh Great Lakes to visit W8JY in Michigan.......

Starting the second half with a good performance but not a guitar smashing performance, as I'm the secured back marker, moving chicane, I am now assuming the tailgunner position.

And we ll know how painful that can be.
