I got only one road and it is a short road but the width is to scale!

I like the choice of the modern SE theme with the deeper structures.  Love the road.  The scale width really adds to the realism and the extra space devoted to it is well worth it, IMO.   Nicely done.
Some simple Backdrops composed of Miami Westgate buildings and some trees along Florida country roads I did intentionally not extend the road. A T intersection solves a lot of perspective problems.

And we got the extended gates installed

My staging yard is made of pure functional stuff. No decorations or scenery at all by intention.

Today is the day it paid off. An Atlas switch was faulty and needed to be replaced under the wall cupboard and behind the not easy removeable workshop table. Just pulled the spikes off the curve track, disconected the track, removed the switch, plugged new switch in, attach track and pushed some new spikes into the soft wood. Done :-)

I like the perspective you've achieved in this shot, and positioning the backdrop low, as you've done, really leads the eye to believe that the visible road crests at its end, going downhill to those buildings in the distance.  Very nicely executed!

The green starts with some well mowed and sprinkled lawn and a string of trees on company property.

More green, a wall and fences to fill the scenery between the industry buildings.

Lookin good Reinhard!
It is a Florida based layout even my P&D engines and comments might be confusing. The palm trees are the scenery accent needed. Anyhow I admit it has been designed for a very universal use.

I noticed that too.  Its sometimes difficult to get a good perspective from bench to backdrop, but Reinhard did it very nicely. Even when viewed from multiple angles that might be less than the ideal angle, it looks very convincing.
The endless game of adding details.....
